Настоящая статья посвящена изучению норм международных соглашений о развитии сотрудничества в экономической, научно-технической и социальных сферах между субъектами Российской Федерации и иностранными государствами или их субъектами, а также практики использования таких соглашений в рамках Европейского Союза. Внимание в данной статье уделяется анализу уже существующих актов и необходимости гармонизации и выработке единого типового соглашения о сотрудничестве для его дальнейшего использования.
This article is devoted to the studying of rules of international agreements concluded between the subjects of the Russian Federation and foreign states or their subjects, and experience of European Union in using such kind of instruments. The article focuses on analyse of already existed agreements, necessity of harmonization and elaboration of framework agreement.
