Растет актуальность открытой науки и открытых инноваций. Усиливается роль международных организаций в содействии международной кооперации стран. В статье показаны преимущества модели взаимодействия стран-членов Международного центра научной и технической информации, ее влияние на результативность инновационной деятельности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The economic and technological development of the last decade, the transition to new production technologies have increased inequality between countries. The relevance of open science and open innovation is growing. The role of international organizations in promoting international cooperation between countries is growing.
