В статье дается оценка научно-технической политики Турции за последние два десятилетия. Национальные тенденции в  области затрат на научно-исследовательские и  опытно-конструкторские работы (НИОКР), публикационную продукцию и  патентные данные были изучены на предмет последствий научно-технической политики в  период с  2000 по 2020 годы. Также в статье приведены некоторые выводы о результатах политических мер с точки зрения затрат на НИОКР и выпуска публикаций.

The article evaluates the scientific and technical policy of Turkey over the past two decades. National trends in research and development (R & D) expenditures, publication products, and patent data were examined for the implications of science and technology policies between 2000 and 2020. The article also provides some conclusions about the results of policy measures in terms of R & D costs and publication output.
