Статья посвящена информационной инфраструктуре научных исследований в Евросоюзе, который является мировым лидером в этой области организации науки. Основные факторы, определяющие развитие инфраструктуры – это цифровизация научных коммуникаций и движение открытой науки. Экосистема научной инфраструктуры заменила большинство ресурсов и сервисов научной информации. Описывается общая структура данной экосистемы в Евросоюзе, приводится навигатор раздела «Знания». Кратко описываются избранные научно-инфраструктурные проекты программы Horison 2020. Приводится аннотированный перечень сервисов, предлагаемых специализированной инфраструктурной организацией OpenAIRE.

The article is devoted to the information infrastructure of scientific research in the European Union, which is the world leader in this field of organization of science. The main factors determining the development of infrastructure are the digitalization of scientific communications and the movement of open science. The scientific infrastructure ecosystem has replaced most scientific information resources and services. The general structure of this ecosystem in the European Union is described, the navigator of the Knowledge section is provided. Selected scientific and infrastructure projects of the Horison 2020 program are briefly described. An annotated list of services offered by the specialized infrastructure organization OpenAIRE is provided.
