Развитие цифровой экосистемы способствует устойчивому экономическому росту и комплексной безопасности, повышает качество жизни и благоприятно сказывается на здоровье населения. Внедрение цифровизации оказывает положительное влияние на развитие национальных экономик. Как показано в статье, Италия показывает существенный рост в данной сфере, опережая по ряду показателей достижения других государств-членов ЕС. Итальянские реформы в сфере цифровизации экономики ориентированы на преимущественные инвестиции в развитие, прежде всего, мобильной связи. Также определены важные цели модернизации в системе государственного управления и услуг, что должно быть достигнуто при поддержке национального плана устойчивого развития экономики страны с переходом государственных администраций на облачные технологии. Италия в настоящее время располагает мощной промышленной базой и исследовательскими сообществами в таких ключевых областях как искусственный интеллект, высокопроизводительные вычисления и квантовые технологии. Автор показывает, что эти преимущества могут быть использованы для внедрения цифровых технологий во всех секторах экономики.
The development of the digital ecosystem contributes to sustainable economic growth and integrated security, improves the quality of life and has a positive effect on the health of the population. The introduction of digitalization has a positive impact on the development of national economies, which is confirmed, in particular. As shown in the article, Italy shows significant growth in this area, outstripping the achievements of other EU member states in a number of indicators. Italian reforms in the field of digitalization of the economy are focused on priority investments in the development, first of all, of mobile communications. Also, important goals of modernization in the system of public administration and services have been identified, which should be achieved with the support of the national plan for the sustainable development of the country’s economy with the transition of public administrations to cloud technologies. Italy now has a strong industrial base and research communities in key areas such as artificial intelligence, high performance computing and quantum technologies. The author shows that these advantages can be used to introduce digital technologies in all sectors of the economy
