Увеличение объема данных наряду с  прорывами в  области хранения и вычислительных технологий компьютерного оборудования делает приложения ИИ более масштабными и  эффективными. В  частности, в  банковской сфере очень развито применение ИИ. Использование этой технологии помогает банкам улучшить процесс принятия решений по кредитам и займам, снижает операционные расходы и  банковские риски, а анализ поведения и  предпочтений клиентов способствует улучшению банковских продуктов. В  статье представлено исследование по применению ИИ в управлении лояльностью клиентов в банках.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>“Artificial intelligence” (AI) is increasingly mentioned in various fields. The increase in data, along with breakthroughs in storage and computing technologies in computer hardware, is making AI applications more scalable and efficient. In particular, the use of artificial intelligence is very developed in the banking sector. AI helps banks improve their lending and lending decision-making, reduces operating costs and bank risks, and by analyzing customer behavior and preferences can improve banking products.
