Рассмотрение подходов к  проектированию системы планового корпоративного обучения сотрудников системного интегратора в  существующей корпоративной инфраструктуре.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Рассмотрены внутренние процессы компании, связанные с обучением сотрудников; предложены подходы к проектированию системы планового корпоративного обучения сотрудников в существующей технологической инфраструктуре подразделения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Обоснована необходимость разработки собственной системы для планового корпоративного обучения сотрудников системного интегратора, сформированы функциональные требования, спроектирована архитектура программного комплекса, спроектировано межсистемное взаимодействие, предложены алгоритмы расчета пользовательских рекомендаций.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Несмотря на наличие решений для корпоративного обучения на рынке, разработка собственной системы все еще является оптимальным решением для крупной компании, которое позволит удовлетворить все потребности сотрудников и менеджеров в управлении корпоративным обучением, а также наиболее оптимально встроить систему в сложившуюся за долгие годы технологическую инфраструктуру компании без привлечения сторонних специалистов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. Maintaining approaches to designing a system for planned training of system integrator employees in relation to corporate infrastructure.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The company’s internal processes related to employee training are considered, approaches to designing a  system of planned corporate training for employees in the field of the department’s technological infrastructure are proposed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The need to develop our own system for planned corporate training of system integrator employees was substantiated, functional requirements were formed, the architecture of the software complex was designed, intersystem interaction was designed, algorithms for calculating user recommendations were proposed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
