В статье рассматривается проблема развития многостороннего диалога в рамках международных организаций на фоне крайне острой политизации современной повестки дня межгосударственных институтов. На примере деятельности Совета Европы ставится вопрос о реальной возможности продвижения равноправного сотрудничества в целях объединения европейских стран и построения единого правового и гуманитарного пространства.

The article introduces the problem of the promotion of multilateral dialogue within International Organizations in the context of an extremely critical politicization of the modern agenda of the intergovernmental institutions. Through the example of the Council of Europe a real possibility to foster cooperation with equal rights and opportunities with the aim to bring closer European states and to create a single humanitarian and legal space is concerned.
