Именно эти показатели и легли в основу подхода, изложенного в статье. Представлены не только результаты рейтинга, но и различные материалы, представлена методология составления национальных рейтингов, полезные материалы, позволяющие грамотно интерпретировать рейтинги.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>One of the most common approaches to comparing the results of the activities of higher education institutions is the use of indicators of bibliometry or sciencemetry. It is these indicators that formed the basis of the approach of the article.
