Legal Protection of Investments in IP Assets of Investment Economy

Abstract
The subject of scientific research in the framework of this article is the development of legal legislation in the field of intellectual property in the era of the digital economy. The aims and objectives of the article are to disclose the legal regime governing investment in intellectual property, as well as the new relationships that have emerged in connection with the development of digitalization. The article analyzes the existing situation of intellectual property in the legislation of the Russian Federation. It is proved that there is a need for new approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property objects, which should stimulate the effectiveness of ip assets.
