Electronic education: the world and Russia

Abstract

The article speaks about current issues of the development of electronic education in the world, about problems and prospects for its development in Russia. Online education in the field of higher education is analyzed, as well as the prospects for the export of educational services based on massive open online courses (MOOC) developed by Russian universities in foreign languages within the frame of the project of export Russian education.
