The economy of the Republic of Moldova, which suffered two misfortunes a year before the global energy crisis: drought and the coronavirus pandemic, is struggling to cope with the problems provoked by the energy crisis. The subject of this study is the energy crisis, its premises, and its consequences. The purpose of the research is to develop proposals for improving the efficiency of management in the energy sector, and the main tasks are to identify the prerequisites and causes of the energy crisis, to assess the impact of the crisis on the economy of the Republic of Moldova and on the standard of living of the population. In this study, methods such as statistical-economic, abstract-logical, and economic-mathematical were used, and the EViews program was applied to evaluate correlation dependencies. The main results obtained are the identification of the consequences of the energy crisis for the national economy and for the population, as well as proposals for improving the efficiency of energy sector management.

Digital future is coming by the way on the basis of executive questions forming in front of the mankind as quality control of labor resources in case of specialization determination and acceptance of potential equity of unique functions, which are useful for human beings but not for AI systems applications. The questions of intellectual property in the providing 7-th scientifically and technological structure are performing the business opportunities of society development to the first place of information domination in various areas starting from banking sources of ecosystems creation by the digital services of infrastructures chargers and transformers of operational basis, to marketplaces, calculation and payment systems, concentrated diversification of multifunctional economical actors of market area, which are giving free and easy access to the people to creature comforts. This is an IoT and unique products issuing by the 3-D printers using, communication systems development and data base transferring on the ICT supporting providers and vendors.

The purpose of this study is to study the analysis of the effectiveness of the functioning of free economic zones in Russia and in foreign countries on the example of Poland. As a result of the study; the main tasks were identified. On the basis of the conducted analysis; the main directions of the development of special economic zones were identified; the advantages of their formation were determined; and the main conclusions aimed at optimizing the policy of Russia in relation to the development of free economic zones were formulated.

The economic and technological development of the last decade, the transition to new production technologies have increased inequality between countries. The relevance of open science and open innovation is growing. The role of international organizations in promoting international cooperation between countries is growing. The advantages of the model of interaction between the member countries of the International Center for Scientific and Technical Information, its impact on the effectiveness of innovation activities are shown.

Present article analyzes the international air transportation market, its main indicators and development prospects. Modern air transportation statistics and the impact of the pandemic on the current state of data are also considered.

The article evaluates the scientific and technical policy of Turkey over the past two decades. National trends in research and development (R & D) expenditures, publication products, and patent data were examined for the implications of science and technology policies between 2000 and 2020. The article also provides some conclusions about the results of policy measures in terms of R & D costs and publication output.
