Abstract

The article considers the functions of the scientific and thematic portal as an element of a common information space. The portal structure includes actual book and magazine catalogs, ready-made electronic databases, libraries of external and internal scientific and information resources, analytical and educational sections. The authors considered the principles of development of a single information space and their compliance with the principles of the new library website, highlighted the development priorities and determined plans for the future.

Abstract
The article gives data of the problem of import substitution and conversion to the reindustrialization of the Russian economy on a new technological basis as a part of a comparative analysis by industry. A set of priority tasks, problem-oriented nature, on information support of processes of import substitution and conversion of military production is shown. Factors impeding the solution of information support tasks, as well as economic problems determining the development of import substitution and conversion processes in the Russian economy, are considered.

Abstract
The article discusses the problems of transformation of social memory institutions in the context of the transition to a digital society. During the transformation, multidirectional dynamics are revealed, associated with a change in the technological basis, functioning models and social functions of libraries, archives and museums. Along with the strengthening of the role of some of the institutions of social memory as platforms for communication and public dialogue, their integration into the Unified Digital Knowledge Space leads to the expansion of functionality and to the upgrading of the status of social memory institutions in digital society. At the same time, the influence of scientific libraries and centers of scientific and technical information on the processes of knowledge production, its expert evaluation, as well as reflection and control of the dynamics of the formation of digital society can increase.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of the experiments that were conducted to confirm the main ideas of the proposed approach to determining the objects innovativeness. This approach assumed that the product life cycle of whose descriptions are placed in different data warehouses is adequate. The proposed formal model allows us to calculate the quantitative value of the additive evaluation criterion of objects innovativeness. The obtained experimental data make it possible to evaluate the adopted approach correctness.

Abstract
The concept of distant reading developed by Professor Franco Moretti (Stanford University, USA) is vital in publications on digital humanities (DH). The present article considers the possibility, based on distant reading methodology, to study large amount of bibliographical data using formal method, quantitative and bibliographical methods of analysis. To coordinate and plan the work of specialists in humanitarian and technical fields it is necessary to establish the Interagency bibliographical lab. It can be established in the Russian Academy of Sciences institutions with participation of the Russian largest libraries where there is a concentration of various information resources.

Abstract

Classifications of methods for analyzing the structure of painting canvas, and fabrics in the textile industry are constructed within the framework of the ontology for the subject area of attribution and restoration of paintings. The limited variety of practically applied methods in painting by x-ray analysis, and the perspective of the method of analyzing the texture of the canvas in reflected rays under directed lighting are noted.

Abstract
The international scientific and practical journal “Software products and systems” was organized in 1988 on the initiative of the General Director of the NGO “Centerprogramsystem” prof. V. P. Tikhomirov (Tver) and V. M. Silina (Moscow), head of the Main editorial office of the international journal “Problems of management theory and practice”. In the period from 1988 to 2018, the editor-in-chief of the journal was academician S. V. Yemelyanov. Since 2020, the international editorial Board, which includes well-known scientists in the field of information technologies of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Germany, Finland, Mexico, Vietnam and other countries, is headed by academician G. I. Savin. Associate members of the editorial Board are the national research University “MEI” (Moscow), the technological Institute of the southern Federal University (Taganrog), TvSTU and the research Institute “Centerprogramsystem”. The journal is reviewed in the bibliographic databases of RSCI, CrossRef, and is included in the List of leading peerreviewed journals and publications recommended by the higher attestation Commission of the Russian Federation for publication of research results in the defense of candidate and doctoral theses in the fields of computer Science, computer engineering and management (05.13.XX). The journal publishes the results of original research in the field of information technologies, applied artificial intelligence systems, including the development of databases and knowledge bases, expert and training systems, decision support systems and image recognition, multiagent systems, data mining systems, neural networks, robots, and telecommunications systems. However, the subject area of research is not limited. The magazine “Software products and systems” regularly acts as an information sponsor for international and national scientific and technical events in the field of information technology and artificial intelligence.

Abstract
The paper discusses the method of aspect analysis of classification indexes of the document collection of libraries. The method allows you to establish links between the Sciences and information flows between them, which determines the landscape of scientific knowledge. The object of analysis is a set of composite classification indexes containing pointers to relevant areas of knowledge as aspects. The proposed approach can be used in scientometric research.

Abstract
A mechanism for efficient management of the evolution of multi-stage production based on the use of soft measurements and calculations is considered. To reduce the sensitivity to noise interference and delays along dynamic channels between the input and output of continuous multistage production, a diagnostic system based on the analysis of the intervals of change in the values of diagnostic variables for a given time interval is proposed. The decision making system is based on the methods of the Dempster-Schafer theory. The process control architecture model is described as a multi-agent system in which agents interact with each other and with the center. Methods and tools for managing the evolution of multi-stage continuous processes are substantiated to improve efficiency and long-term sustainability throughout the entire life cycle by introducing innovative solutions.

Abstract
The article describes the principles and experience of building brach thesauri designed to represent subject areas within the formal ontology of the unified knowledge space. Ttrms jf the thesauri include the words that are actually used for thematic indexing of documents — keywords and classification categories. The system of the thesaurus relations is established by a semi-automatic procedure and includes: equivalence (synonymy), generic hierarchy, association, and definitive relationship.
